Notice from Westfield Corporation re: Montgomery Mall

Westfield Montgomery would like to invite its neighbors and friends to an open house presentation on our future expansion plans for the shopping center.

The presentation will be held on Monday, June 5. 2006 from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the P&G Movies Theaters, located at Montgomery Mall. Westfield will share the future plans of the shopping center, listen to neighbor feedback and discuss the planning process moving forward.

The plans call for the addition of new specialty retail shops and mini anchors, restaurants, a new food court, a new Sears Automotive Center, a theatre, two structured parking decks and a new County Transit Center. Westfield will combine the best of traditional high fashion retailing with innovative elements such as alfresco dining, leading edge entertainment and superior customer service amenities in Westfield's "Hy-Style" approach to redevelopment and reinvestment in its properties. Construction is expected to begin in the Spring 2007.
